Swimming Requirements:

You don’t have to be an expert swimmer. To participate in this course you need to be able to swim and have fair swimming ability. You need to be able to swim a couple of lengths of a pool without touching the bottom and be able to stay above water for at least 10 minutes without touching the bottom. Before any training will commence a swim ability assessment will be done for safety reasons.
